Ecko Lake

Echo_Lake_Ralston__Hike26

I just returned from an outstanding trip to a Lake I have visited ever since I was about 6 years old. It is off of highway 50 near South Lake Tahoe, in a very secluded area known as “Desolation Wilderness.” It is a glacier lake that is roughly at about 7500 ft. It is truly an amazing place.

This was the first time I had been here in 5 years. So I was sure to take lots of pictures because it is such a beautiful place. And the pictures show it all.

Las Vegas

VegasAirportFinalt

So my girlfriend and a bunch of our friends all went to Las Vegas for her birthday. I was looking forward to it, not just because it’s Vegas, but also because I know there are some great photo opportunities. After a short time I soon realized that you can not use a tripod anywhere at any of the hotels?? So I had to try and sneak around just to take pictures, kinda lame. Oh well, still got some decent photos.

Water Tower Bahia

WaterTower02

I had just gotten off work and I have been scheming about going up to this water tower up in the hills near my house. So I jump on my dirt bike and throw my backpack on, tripod and all, and ride up into the hills hoping I would be able to get on top of the water tower. so After hopping two barbed wire fences, I finally get inside the gate. Then I notices that unfortunately there is a lock to a door that gives you access to the spiral stairway to the top of the water tower. So unfortunately I didn’t make it to the top. But I did still manage to get some good sunset shots.

Emeryville

graf04

My friend Marlon and I decided to drive over to Emeryville the other day and walk down the train tacks to see what we could find. Pretty interesting to say the least. At one point we stumbled across a bottle of pills in a pile of a-tips??? Little weird. Anyway we did end up getting some pretty cool shots of some pretty good graffiti.

Richmond Bridge, San Quentin

SanQuentinT

I had to drive over to San Jose the other day to pick up a prized possession I have been searching high and low for. A Multi-arcade cocktail arcade system. And I finally found one. This guy name Kingsley over at the Coinopstore.com sells these things at a great price and the quality is outstanding. Really great stuff. Anyway i was driving over the Richmond bridge and the sky looks absolutely insane. So I jumped out and took just a few pictures as I was on the side of the freeway…

Golden Gate at Full Moon

MoonGG2

So I got off work super late and then decided to stop and get a bite to eat with a friend at a place called oola on Folsom Street. They have some of the best burgers I have ever had. Anyway, I was finally on m,y way home and I was driving across the Golden Gate and I looked out my window, and the moon was full and right over the bridge. So I had to stop and snap a couple pics.

Coit Tower & Palace of Fine Art

PalaceOfFineArts

Just a couple pictures I took, one before I started work and one after, of the Palace of Fine Art and Coit Tower. I had never been up to Coit Tower before. This night is was really windy, if you look close you can see that all the trees are very soft because the exposure was so long the leaves all blended together.

MOMA & Yerba Buena

YerbaBuenaWaterfalls

I was at work at Comcast Sports Net in the City Which is located walking distance from the MOMA and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. It was a really nice night and I decided to step out for a bit. I was able to scrounge up a tirpod from someone at work, and wondered over to the Yerba Buena Gardens. I drive by this place all the time and I have never really bothered to stop. It really is a beautiful area.
